Eiffage Energía has just signed the contract with the Post National Company for the full maintenance of part of its 3.797 offices and locals the company has all over Spain, being the contract for the next three years and with a budget of 3,93 million €.
Eiffage Energía has been awarded two out the ten lots Post National Company has divided this contract to organize all its buildings in order with their location.
Lots are the ones located in Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha (except Guadalajara), Comunidad Valenciana and Baleares Islands.
Number of centers awarded to Eiffage Energía raise to 974 with a total surface of 291.846 m2. The rest of lots have been awarded to Ferrovial, ACS, Dalkia and Extraco.
Contract consists of full maintenance service, including preventive, corrective and legal maintenance, as well as facilities supervision, energy efficiency and facility inventories of all offices and locals including in this contract.
Professional collaboration between Eiffage Energía and Post National Company goes back to 2008, date when the company reached its first contract for full maintenance for the Post National Company buildings. Since then, Eiffage Energía has achieved being awarded several new contracts with Post National Company.
