José Manuel Martínez, Eiffage Energía General Manager attended the closure of First Albacete Employment Fair carried out in Albacete and which during two days crowded the José Saramago Culture house with hundreds of participants in the conferences and workgroups.
The General Manager and the head of Human Resources of Eiffage Energía, along with Albacete Mayor and representatives from all local politic groups as well as others companies general managers also involved in the Fair, met there in the closure act. The Fair counted with more than 6.000 participants mostly looking for employment, which took advantage to deliver their resume to the 45 companies present there.
Personal from Eiffage Energía Human Resources department, through its stand located along with the ones from other companies in the Cultural Centre hall, has received a total of 890 resumes from people mostly looking for employment and some of them also looking for a better job.
Fair has developed more than 40 workgroups of employability about different matters like the CV2.0 (Digital resume and the networks), mobility in English, selection interview, internationalization companies’ workshops, employment at ETT’s, mobility in German, personal selection, Coworking, networking and business Angels workshop within others.
Albacete Mayor in the closure act, talked about the subsidized contracts which are included within the local plan for employment support funded by the European Social Fund and the Business Chamber. So, he assured that 109 new contracts will be possible thanks to the respective helps of 1.550 € from the European funds.
