Eiffage Energía has been awarded the contract for maintenance of buildings and associated fixed installations of the Centro Directivo de la Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos (Directive Centre of the State Postal and Telegraph Company) with a total maintenance surface area of 39,190 m2.
The contracted works, which began on 1st April, have a four-year execution period and a total turnover of more than one million euros. The works include the maintenance of electrical installations, thermal installations, plumbing and sanitation installations, lifting appliances and building elements among others.
The activities carried out are:
– Implementation of preventive and legal technical maintenance
– Corrective maintenance
– On site maintenance

It should be noted that Eiffage Energía’s working relationship with the Sociedad Estatal Correos (State Postal Company) started in 2008 , with the signing of the first contract for the comprehensive maintenance of its offices.
Eiffage Energía carries out the maintenance tasks in facilities and buildings, performing energy audits and other services such as cleaning or gardening.
The company has an incident reception Call Centre nationwide and a CMMS that ensures flexible management and a detailed record of all proceedings, which allows its customers to follow in real real-time the status of their installations 24 hours/365 days per year.
Eiffage Energía’s comprehensive maintenance department, active since 1981, has maintained a constant evolution, expanding and improving its organisation and procedures, which has enabled the company to achieve the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.
