Eiffage Energía, through its subsidiary Ambitec, is taking part in the construction of the Alisios Shopping Centre in Las Palmas of Gran Canaria, which is located in the South Tamaraceite area. The collaboration in this project will be carried out by the company Yudaya, implementing the installations of office air conditioning, ventilation and detection of CO in the car park and docking zones, overpressure of stairs and LPG (liquified petroleum gas). The implementation budget exceeds one million euros.
The Alisios Shopping Centre will be of nearly 80,000 square metres on two levels, and have 190 premises, a multi-screen cinema and 2,500 parking spaces. The works are expected to be completed by July 2017, to allow its commercial start-up for the Christmas season 2017.
Ambitec is Effage Energía’s subsidiary, which specialises in mechanical installations in the tertiary and industrial sector. Fundamentally it is the leader in the implementation and maintenance of HVAC installations. It is established throughout the national territory and its team for the design, calculation and implementation of the installations is made up of 25 engineers.
