Eiffage Energía is the company that has been awarded the construction of several solar parks in Spain and their respective connection substations, developed by X-Elio in South Eastern Spain. Specifically, in the provinces of Albacete, Almeria and Murcia.
These solar parks have been awarded in BOS format, i.e., engineering, construction and purchase of all equipment except the photovoltaic modules. The group of parks has a total of 311 MWdc and they occupy an area of 474 hectares which is equivalent to 474 football fields.
The technology used for this group of projects is through a high efficiency module called mono PERC with powers of 380 and 385 Wp, 105 kVA multi string inverters and tracker with one axis tracking.
These projects will avoid the emission of more than 221,510 tons of CO2 to the atmosphere per year. This energy will be supplied to the general power grid for use in homes, factories, etc.
Eiffage Energía is one of the benchmark companies in the construction of photovoltaic plants in BOS and EPC mode, in Spain and at international level. In addition, Eiffage Energía’s commitment to the deadlines in 100% of projects implemented should be emphasised, which is a guarantee for the photovoltaic promoter.
The data in this area speak for themselves: participation in more than 60 photovoltaic plants; installation of over 1100 MW; assembly of more than 3,500 trackers of different technologies; and more than 3,500,000 panels installed.
