Significant increase in the participation of Eiffage Energía employees in the company’s shareholder structure. This year, 72.64% of Eiffage Energía’s employees participated in the company’s shareholding, thanks to the capital increase reserved for employees. This is a very significant percentage, 21.64% higher than last year and more than 32% higher than in 2015.
Employee commitment to the company
This is great news that once again demonstrates employees’s commitment to their company in the current coronavirus crisis. In addition, this year this initiative takes on a special meaning, as it marks the 30th anniversary since the beginning of employee share ownership scheme at Eiffage. For this reason, the increase in the participation of Eiffage Energía employees in the Group’s shareholding has been welcomed with even greater optimism. As Eiffage’s chairman and CEO, Benoît de Ruffray, said , the Group draws all its strength from this action, “which constitutes a solid base and allows us to project ourselves and continue our development”. The employee share purchase price represents a 20% discount on the reference price. Eiffage assumes the direct management costs of the stock ownership fund. This is a traditional shareholding formula within the PAGI, a collective savings system that allows each employee to accumulate, with the help of his or her company and on advantageous terms, savings invested in securities (shares, bonds, monetary investments, etc.). 
Company commitment to employees and customers
The commitment that underpins Eiffage Energía’s philosophy is also being guaranteed in these times of uncertainty and economic difficulty. The company is going to maintain the commitments it has made to its employees. Finally, note that Eiffage Energía also guarantees its commitment to its clients. For example, in 2019 the company fulfilled 100% of its commitments, connecting all renewable energy projects on schedule. Since the beginning of the crisis, the company has been making a major effort to keep working. With the necessary health and safety precautions wherever clients asked us to continue with the activity. We continue to work on activities considered essential, such as:

- Maintenance and repair of breakdowns in supermarkets.
- Data processing centres in administrative buildings.
- Maintenance or repair of electrical network failures.
- Maintenance and repair of gas network failures.
And, little by little, the company has been resuming activity in areas where it has been allowed to, such as construction. When everything returns to normal, Eiffage Energía will continue to offer its services, with even greater commitment.
