Gran Turia Shopping Centre. Our subsidiary Conscytec has been awarded the contract for the remodelling of the Gran Turia Shopping Centre in Xirivella, Valencia, for Stoneweg. Specifically, we will be carrying out the complete remodelling of the shopping area on the ground floor and the upper floor, the expansion and renovation of the outdoor patio and the adaptation of the car park.
A sustainable intervention for the Gran Turia Shopping Centre
Our intervention will be sustainable because, on the one hand, we will use paving solutions that allow us to leave the existing flooring without demolishing this and thus considerably reduce the volume of waste, and, on the other hand, we will be adding vegetation to the internal squares and creating a large garden area on the outdoor terrace and an urban garden in the car park. Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.
