On 15 April, “Equipo Planeta” began broadcasting. A CMMedia programme sponsored by Eiffage Energía Sistemas, it is dedicated to children with songs, crafts, curiosities about the animal world and tips on how to take care of the Earth.
Every Saturday at 9:30 a.m., on Castilla-La Mancha television, the CMMPlay and YoutubeKids digital platform, this programme aims to raise awareness about the environment among children.
This is a commitment by regional television for the environmental education of children, thus strengthening its public service remit in collaboration with the Department of Sustainable Development.
A set converted into a Wildlife Recovery Centre
This space teaches children to learn about, admire, care for and respect flora and fauna, from a set converted into a Wildlife Recovery Centre.
The “Equipo Planeta” is made up of presenter, actor and singer Ariel Lois; and Renée, a 5-year-old nature-loving rag doll girl. They are joined by Lolo, Renée’s best friend, a true handyman who will teach eco crafts.
Equipo Planeta is a family-friendly television series that advocates caring for, respecting and conserving the natural environment. It does so through the characters of Una Aventura de Trapo (A rag doll adventure). With Ariel Lois and Renée at the helm, this story turns us into the controllers and managers of a wildlife recovery centre.

QUESTION OF THE DAY → It all starts with the release of Noa. An Iberian lynx that, in each episode, will ask us an environmental question that everyone has to answer together. NATURE CLASSROOM → Dr. Science and the imperial eagle Berti, broadcast from the Nature Classroom to help us gain a better knowledge and understanding of all the natural phenomena that surround us. THE R’s OF ECOLOGY → Dr. Erre, together with Lolo, will introduce us to the R’s of ecology with their fun handicrafts with reused materials. Their ingredients include play; puppets; music; and environmental education. These elements make this proposal a great tool to guarantee a future where sustainable development is one of our priorities.
