Through its Installations Department, Eiffage Energía Sistemas will be responsible for the interior adaptation of Hall One at the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses in Dos Hermanas, Seville.
The hall is situated between Avenida de las Universidades and the Seville-Cádiz railway line, and is bordered at the sides by Avenida Adolfo Suárez and the SE-40 metropolitan ring road.
Electrical and mechanical installations
Under a contract awarded by the Dos Hermanas Town Hall the project involves improving the electrical and mechanical installations.
For the electrical installations, the first phase includes work on wiring, channelling, prefabricated conduits, electrical panels, and air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
In terms of mechanical installations, the work will encompass mechanical equipment, extraction ducts, air-conditioning ducts, and equipment for air-conditioning and ICT rooms.
Beyond the first, there are plans for four additional halls with similar features, intended to host events like the May Fair of Dos Hermanas and a variety of socio-cultural and sporting events, in addition to being used for exhibitions and congresses.
This venue is poised to become a major competitor of Fibes, Seville’s Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions, due to both its advantageous location and capacity.
Urban Development
It should be emphasised that Eiffage Infraestructuras is working alongside Eiffage Energía Sistemas on the Urban Development of this Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions for the Dos Hermanas Town Council (Seville).
The work’s scope extends from earthworks to the installation of trenches, drainage and supply networks, along with electrical and telecommunications systems, exterior walls, and the development of green spaces.
