Eiffage Energía Sistemas’ Networks and Installations Division drives multidisciplinary management and continuous improvement at key events

Eiffage Energía Sistemas has recently held strategic events at its headquarters in Albacete, led by the Networks and Installations Division, with the goal of optimising multidisciplinary management and promoting continuous improvement within the business unit. Under the leadership of Domingo Molina, National Director of Networks and Installations, and with the participation of directors and representatives from across the country, these events have reinforced the company’s commitment to operational excellence and its strategy for sustainable growth.

A Decade of Evolution

Our CEO, José Manuel Martínez, inaugurated these events by discussing the evolution of Eiffage Energía Sistemas over the past ten years— a decade during which our company has undergone an impressive transformation.

We have experienced exponential growth, increasing from 1,335 employees in 2014 to over 5,000 today, and achieving a turnover of €1.15 billion compared to €166 million ten years ago. This progress is reflected not only in our financial results but also in our firm commitment to the health and safety of our teams. Over the past decade, the reduction in our company’s accident rates has been spectacular. This achievement is the result of ongoing efforts in occupational risk prevention, as at Eiffage Energía Sistemas, the well-being of our employees is not just a priority but the essential pillar upon which we build our future.

Networks and Installations: A Fundamental Pillar

The Networks and Installations area generates a business volume of over €500 million, employs 3,170 professionals, and manages more than 4,200 projects annually. Some of its main clients are large companies such as Iberdrola, Endesa, Unión Fenosa, Telefónica, Mercadona, and SAREB, among others. In his address, the National Director of Networks and Installations, Domingo Molina, highlighted that Eiffage Energía Sistemas’ strategic vision is clear: “To become leaders in the energy industry, expand our market presence, and incorporate advanced technologies and responsible practices that make a difference in the sector”.

A Strategy of Sustainable and Efficient Growth

Eiffage Energía Sistemas’ mission is simple but ambitious: to develop high-quality projects that not only meet the needs of our clients but also ensure the safety of our employees and secure long-term sustainability. This mission was reinforced during the events, where the importance of continuing to expand our market presence, optimising processes, and managing risks more effectively was emphasised. Among the key objectives highlighted were the need to increase both turnover and operating margin, improve customer satisfaction, foster a culture of continuous innovation, and attract and retain talent.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Keys to Success

During the events, directors from Central Departments such as Finance (Lola Lasheras); Human Resources, Legal, and Quality (Victoria Guerrero); Studies (José Miguel Valera); Management Control (Raúl Ortega); Legal (Mª Dolores de la Rosa); and Sustainability (Santiago Sanjuan) also shared their progress and challenges. Each presentation underscored the importance of multidisciplinary management, where collaboration between departments is crucial for more efficient execution aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This approach allows us to address daily challenges more effectively and improve decision-making at all levels.
