Work has just finished on the first phase of the CEIP No 34 Barrio Universidad School in Albacete, built by our subsidiary Eiffage Conscytec for the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Castilla-la Mancha.
This first phase includes six infant classrooms and a multi-purpose room (dining room, gymnasium, assembly hall).

In operation for the academic year 2025-2026
The president of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page recently announced that the new school is scheduled to be operational in September this year, for the 2025-2026 school year. The president explained that the opening of the offer to pupils in this Infant and Primary School would be progressive and, in total, there will be capacity for 432 pupils.
In fact, on 21 January, the Governing Council of Castilla-La Mancha approved the legal creation of CEIP number ’34’ in the city of Albacete. This school provides a response to a neighbourhood that has experienced a significant demographic increase in recent years.
