Eiffage Energy has been awarded the contract for the Pawlowo wind farm in Poland and the Caetité wind farm in Brazil, which represents its firm commitment to establish itself in the international market.
Eiffage Energy consolidates its presence in Europe by being recently awarded the construction of the Pawlowo wind farm in the north east of Poland in the region of Poznan. This will include 53 Acciona AW82 1.5MW wind turbines and will be constructed for a benchmark wind farm developer as is EDP Renewables. The job, estimated at close to 11 million euros, takes into account the civil work, including foundations, roads and platforms, as well as the electrical works including the supply of materials.
On the other hand, the firm commitment of Eiffage Energy to establish itself in the international market begins to bear fruit with the award of the first work in Brazil, consisting of the construction of the electrical infrastructure of the Caetité wind farm, which consists of 45 Gamesa G90-2MW wind turbines and which Iberinco is building for Iberdrola Renewables. The job, estimated at more than 4 million € will begin this August. The scope of the project includes the implementation of all MT electrical infrastructure of the wind farm, including the civil work, the electromechanical assembly from the Caetité SET Nova substation and the construction of a 24 kilometre HT (230KV) power line between Caetité and Igaporá.
