The month of April will begin with good prospects for Eiffage Energía. It is then when the group will start the refurbishment project for the heating systems at the Hyde Park Lane resort, situated in the Puerto del Carmen area of Lanzarote.
Through its subsidiary Ambitec, specialising in mechanical installations, Eiffage Energía will take on this job, whose implementation period will end in December this year. To do so, it will have a budget of more than €2,200,000.
It was last January when approval was published by the Governing Council for the project of refurbishment and extension of the Hyde Park Lane apartment complex, which will raise the type and category of 3 star Apartments to a 4 star Hotel with 220 apartments and 23 villas.
Among the improvements to be carried out by Ambitec, hot and cold water will be produced by condensed water heat pumps with seawater from wells, distributing water for HVAC and hot water for sanitary use to the accommodation units with different circuits according to their uses. Communal areas will be acclimatised by Air Treatment Units and fan coils and fan-coil type terminals will be installed in the rooms.
In addition, the acclimatising of swimming pool water with heat exchangers with renewable energy of the geothermal type and the installation of a Centralised Technical Management system is scheduled.
