Among the latter, stands out the construction of the first phase of the Olimpo City Residential Complex in Albacete, which includes a total of 96 homes, storage units, garages, swimming pool, communal gardens and commercial units.
The construction work of this first phase will begin before the end of the year and will have an estimated duration of 18 months, a period which will fit in with the start of the successive phases.
