Eiffage Energía has carried out the refurbishment work for Banco Sabadell. The work took place in the office building belonging to the bank organisation in Calle de la Ebanistería in Alicante. In this building, industrial tasks on the ground floor and work more peculiar to offices on the upper floor, come together.
The surface of each of the floors is around 3,000 m2. To carry out the work, demolition tasks of partition walls, flooring and roofing were performed. In addition, the installations of sanitation and plumbing and of both natural and artificial lighting as well as the electrical installations of HVAC and UPS (Uninterrupted Power supply) were made. The placement of partitions and doors was also made. In order to make the first floor accessible, an elevator for 8 people has been installed.
Up to eight rooms, public areas and the main entrance to the first floor have been refurbished. Each of the rooms has its own electrical panel and its own air conditioning system and rack for distributing fully independent voice and data.
As corresponds to the standard room, there are two closed offices. There is also a meeting room and a diaphanous work area. The latter has workbenches of the island type which house in total about 600 work spaces. The work has amounted to a final sum of 1,100,000 euros.
This work has been performed by a team of highly qualified professionals, whose speciality focuses on electrical installations and special installations. Furthermore, a task that is much broader within the construction sector has been developed.
The project was developed under the supervision of the Levant Territorial Directorate of Eiffage Energía in Valencia. This has more than 25 years of experience and is constituted by a group of highly qualified professionals.

- Reform and refurbishment of buildings and homes. This activity includes all the necessary associated trades for turnkey projects.
