Eiffage Energía has won a two-year contract to provide maintenance services at 65 courthouses of the Valencian Regional Government distributed in the provinces of Valencia, Castellón and Alicante, with a total area of more than 330,000 square metres, and a tender budget of more than €4 million.
In this way, the company will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of these courthouses, attached to the Spanish Ministry of Justice, Public Administrations, Democratic Reforms and Public Freedoms.
To this end, Eiffage Energía will deploy a team of more than 50 professionals, including administrative support staff, qualified skilled workers, industrial engineers, architects and technical and management personnel, all highly-trained and with extensive experience in the sector.
The scope of the contract covers different maintenance arrangements, as well as incident response 24 hours/365 days per year. In line with current industry practice, this service includes the implementation and launch of specific and well-defined power-saving measures in every branch, ensuring energy efficiency in the consumption necessary for their operation.
It should be noted that comprehensive maintenance is one of Eiffage Energía’s main business areas; covering everything from performing maintenance tasks at facilities and buildings to carrying out energy audits and other specialised services in technical installations.
The company’s maintenance area is in constant evolution thanks to its soundness and strong customer-base in Spain, with high added value in all its services and its dedicated workforce, including the engineers, managers and skilled maintenance supervisors.
