At Eiffage Energía we are a company committed to the professional success and development of our employees, constantly investing in the improvement of talent. An example is the development of the high-performance program to detect and develop young talent within the company, Top Talent, whose first edition was held in November last year.

In addition, the company is creating an annual training plan, with the purpose of continuously adapting and improving our staff’s skills. That is why human capital is one of the of Eiffage Energía’s strengths making the company increasingly more competitive.

This year, in addition to continuing to train our team on the latest trends and the most innovative technical advances, we will continue to make progress in cross-cutting training, focused on the development of personal and managerial skills, such as, for example the course on Team Management and Managerial Skills which was given this month to the directors from Eiffage Energía Group’s head office, located in Albacete.

Currently, the company has more than 3,500 professionals, who make up a young and dynamic team composed of highly qualified and experienced staff, able to respond immediately to the company’s needs.
