Comprehensive maintenance of Alicante and Murcia penitentiaries

Comprehensive maintenance service (conductive, preventive and corrective) of the penitentiaries in Alicante and Murcia for a period of two years.

The contract includes the provision of services in the following centres: Social Integration Centre of Alicante; Alicante Enforcement centre; Psychiatric Hospital Alicante; Social Integration Centre of Murcia; Enforcement Centre of Murcia. The surface area of them all is over 150,000 square metres and nearly 2000 prison cells.
The comprehensive maintenance service includes the air-conditioning, low and medium voltage electricity, Legionnaire’s disease prevention, voice and data installations, plumbing, hot water, structural elements, locks, etc.
