The comprehensive management and maintenance of major buildings owned by Mapfre (Spain)

Maintenance of more than 20 buildings in different parts of the peninsula and islands for 2 years. Maintenance of the air conditioning and electricity installations in Mapfre’s network of offices nationwide. This involves the maintenance of more than 1300 offices used by the brand’s sales network. This contract is serviced by Eiffage Energia’s SAT, which has a presence in every province and must comply with stipulated times for meeting the service deadline for incidents.
