Eiffage Energía will be the company tasked with comprehensive maintenance at the Fuenlabrada University Hospital and the “El Arroyo” Medical Specialties Centre for the next four years, with a budget of over three million euros and a staff of more than 20 professionals. The contract includes maintenance services, management, surveillance, methodology, regulations to be applied, technical resources and control of the consumption generated by the different facilities. Such that the public infrastructure, machinery, installations and services of the hospital and the medical specialities centre are maintained in perfect condition. In this way, Eiffage Energía guarantees to minimise possible outages due to breakdowns, adapting the facilities to the needs of the hospital and the specialities centre. Thus maintaining the optimal comfort levels indicated by hospital management and current regulations. And achieving a high degree of functionality, safety and regulatory compliance within the contractual scope. Eiffage Energía thus provides full coverage of the maintenance to be performed. Services included: technical installations and public works of the health centre complex: heating and cooling plants, air conditioning and air treatment, plumbing system. Also, the pneumatic transport or facility management system; high- and low-voltage networks, installations and transformer stations; interior telephone wiring networks; and fuel plants. Lastly, masonry work, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
Constant evolution and 24-hour service
Eiffage Energía’s Comprehensive Maintenance department, active since 1981, has been in constant evolution, expanding and improving its organisation and procedures, enabling it to obtain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Thus, Eiffage Energía carries out maintenance activities in facilities and buildings, performs energy audits and provides other services such as cleaning and landscaping. In addition, it has a call centre for receiving incidents and a CMMS that guarantees agile management and a detailed record of all actions. This allows its clients to monitor the status of their installations in real time 24 hours/365 days a year.
