Coinciding with the celebration of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on 28 April, at Eiffage Energía Sistemas we take stock of our actions and results in preventive matters, reaffirming our firm commitment to the safety, health and well-being of everyone who forms part of the company.
Progress in our preventive culture
During 2024 and in early 2025, we intensified our training, awareness and monitoring actions through key initiatives:
- Seminars on accident investigation, aimed at Prevention Technicians from the Joint Prevention Service, to improve the investigation of accidents at work and to reinforce prevention.
- Awards for excellent conduct, which since 2015 have recognised people who stand out for their commitment to safety. In 2024 alone, we presented 19 awards in different business lines.
- VIGILA campaign, through which we launch information and training campaigns based on real risks, accompanied by specific on-site inspections.
- Digitalisation of security, consolidating tools such as:
- o App for the control of procedures.
- o EASY App for safety inspections.
- o App Notifica to report incidents.
- o Digital Pre-Job (APT) for pre-job analysis.
In addition, we continue to develop new digital solutions that allow us to standardise and optimise the preparation of preventive documentation.
Outstanding results
Thanks to the joint efforts of the entire organisation, the health and safety results have been highly positive:
- • From 2015 to March 2025:

- The Low Frequency Index (LFCI) has decreased by 60.92%.

- The Gravity Index (GI) has been reduced by 55%.

- The Total Frequency Index (TFI) has decreased by 49.08%.

- • In terms of preventive performance:

- 928.58% increase in incident detection since 2019, largely due to the implementation of the Notifica App.

- 116.67% increase in the submission of good security practices from 2019.

- 348.91% increase in the total number of inspections carried out since 2016.

These data reflect a clear and sustained trend towards our priority objective: achieving Zero Accidents.
Security Week 2025
Looking ahead, from 9 to 13 June we will be celebrating a new edition of our Safety Week, under the slogan “Let’s control our risks”. A week dedicated to reinforcing the importance of anticipating, identifying and controlling occupational risks, the cornerstone of our preventive culture.
